Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Which is easier to clean, an integrated basin or a countertop basin?

A: Integrated basins are easier to clean. The entire basin and countertop transition smoothly, with no hard-to-reach corners. There's a sealant ring between the countertop basin and the countertop, which can still mold over time. However, integrated basins are more expensive because a lot of material needs to be removed from the entire slab. You can weigh the pros and cons yourself.

Q: Will face wash or toothpaste leave white marks?

A: No. Quartz stone has a dense surface and doesn't absorb grease. However, if you use a scrubbing face wash with abrasive particles, don't scrub too hard, as it might leave very fine scratches. We recommend wiping with a damp, soft cloth, not steel wool.

Q: Can I install a mirror cabinet directly on the countertop? Does it need reinforcement?

A: Yes. We can pre-install metal brackets on the back of the countertop, and then you can screw the mirror cabinet in. A 20mm thick countertop can easily support a mirror cabinet weighing up to 10 kg. For heavier items, we recommend installing expansion screws on the wall separately.
