Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ

Q: Will white quartz slabs yellow over time?

A: Pure white quartz slabs may slightly turn off-white after 5 years under prolonged direct sunlight. However, the gray veining in Snow White and Calacatta White is barely noticeable because they inherently have a grayish hue. Pure White is fine for backlit areas of the kitchen, while Snow White is suitable for areas near windows.

Q: What should I do if there are stains on a white countertop?

A: Apply a baking soda paste, a hydrogen peroxide compress, or a specialized stone cleaner. Avoid bleach, as it will damage the surface shine.

Q: What's the price difference between Pure White and Snow White?

A: Pure White has the highest production volume and is the cheapest. Snow White, requiring realistic veining, is about 15% more expensive. Calacatta White is a moderate price.
