Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ

Q: How is the drain outlet of the integrated sink handled? Can it be seen from the back?

A: The integrated sink is cut out from the back of the countertop; the front is a complete flat surface. We'll pre-install the drain outlet; you just need to install a drain assembly. You'll see the cut marks on the back, but as long as it doesn't affect the structural strength, it's fine. You won't be turning it over to check.

Q: Will Kitchen sink quartz stone board leak easily?

A: Because there are no seams, integrated sinks don't have a leak problem at all. Traditional undermount sinks are glued on, and the glue will peel or leak as it ages. With ours, unless you smash the entire countertop, the sink and countertop will never separate.

Q: Can this integrated sink wash large pots? What's the typical sink depth?

A: We generally make the depth 200-220mm, slightly shallower than a standard stainless steel sink, but it's fine for washing frying pans. If you want it deeper, we can make it 250mm, but that will sacrifice countertop thickness or space in the cabinets underneath. We customize according to your needs.
