Quartz countertops refer to kitchen cabinet countertops made of quartz stone, primarily from crushed glass and quartz sand. The advantages of quartz countertops include wear resistance, scratch resistance, good heat resistance, suitability for large-area flooring and wall installation, seamless splicing, and durability.

The specific production process involves: first, crushing high-quality natural quartz sand, then purifying it (this process removes metallic impurities, preventing radioactivity). Next, the raw materials are mixed, and under vacuum conditions, quartz crystals (90%-94%), resin (6%), and trace amounts of pigments are polymerized into large-format slabs using heterogeneous polymerization technology. The surface then undergoes more than 30 polishing and grinding processes.

With up to 93% quartz crystals as the main structure, the product retains the essence of quartz crystals, resulting in a harder, denser texture and unparalleled wear resistance, pressure resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and impermeability compared to other decorative materials. The rich color combinations give it the texture and beautiful surface luster of natural stone.

This product is a brand-new decorative surface material made from quartz crystal minerals, a product combining natural beauty and high technology. This quartz crystal mineral itself possesses natural properties such as crystal clarity, bright appearance, beautiful and luxurious color, high hardness, non-deformation, colorfastness, strong toughness, non-radioactivity, and resistance to strong acids, hence the name "jade ore." The surface material made from this quartz raw material combines the advantages of many natural and artificial stones, and has been widely adopted and used by customers in most countries around the world, including Europe, America, Australia, and the Middle East. It has also been sold in large quantities to the original quartz stone producing countries such as Italy, the United States, Spain, Turkey, and Portugal.
